Condo Renovation – Sold within 7 days of listing.

Quiver transformed this Florida condo from the ground up. A true fixer-upper, the space needed a lot of work to get ready to be listed. Quiver accepted the challenge with vigor. From hiring the contracting team to sourcing the fixtures, furniture and appliances, Quiver was there for every step of this transformation. The condo sold within a record 7 days on market for the highest price ever since the U.S. housing crash, for comparable units in the Beach Club development.
